Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
· Contact details should I need to reach you.
· Personal history and summary medical information so that I can understand the best therapeutic approach for you.
We use the information that you have given as part of the information needed to support the work we do together.
We do not share this information with other organisations or individuals.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

Your information is securely stored.
We keep all of your information for two years. We will then dispose of your information by shredding all files and disposing of it securely.
